Just recieved this , ive given full stars purely on the delivery , quality of the bottle and the tablets past reviews , these are for my friend who will start using them tomorrow , once she has finished this bottle I'll get her views and update my review .

They’ve changed the ingredients
Historically very good but just received a new batch and they’ve changed the packaging slightly. Checked the back and it’s less magnesium and more zinc. Unimpressed that there’s no warning and I’ll be trying to cancel my next order - if I can find it because it’s not appearing in subscriptions.
