Good quality and well made. Connected easily to the app and works perfectly. Very easy to control and select the required mood or theme. Thus does come with a fused plug and approx 1m of cable, which is a bit strange for an external light. So be prepared to cut the plug off and have an external cable connector to hand to connect to the supply cable.

I ordered this pair of floods about 2 weeks ago, and initially wondered about returning them, unopened, when I realised I needed to download an App to my iPhone in order to use them as anything other than bright white lights. Then I did some research, found there were no hints about "Malware" associated with the app, and moreover, realised that neither that App nor the lights actually connect to my home WiFi network - the Lights talk DIRECTLY to the phone App via Bluetooth, and to each other using a Bluetooth "Mesh", which means you could have literally hundreds of these lights around a large building or other installation, all controlled from a single iPhone. Today, therefore, I downloaded the app, plugged the two lights in, and (as the headline, *KAPOW* !!! - These things are BRIGHT. Totally outclassing my 6-year-old, fixed-colour floods that I've been using a winter grow-lights for my Citrus and Chilli plants. And the lights are nicely made, with a cast Aluminium heat sync, glass front lens, and a 2m captive lead with a moulded-on UK plug. At 80W each, they generate the same amount of light that you would expect from an 800W Quartz Halogen flood, but with total control over colour, brightness, and then ... ... MODES! Lots of built-in mood light programs, flashing effects (blue flash, at speed "95" or so out of the range 1..100 might seriously piss of the local Plod, especially if you are doing this in your car!!!) Then there's the instant Disco lights that sync to music, either from an MP3 playing on your phone, or even better - using your phone's Mic to sync with real-world sounds! Within about 10 minutes of playing with these, I've already ordered a second pair. Totally 10 Stars today (that 5 stars per light). Tomorrow (Amazon PRIME) it's gonna be 20 Stars! :-)

As with any Chinese product I was very sceptical but bought these lights after reading the reviews, and I'm glad I did. I did not use these for their intended purpose, I used them to light a stage and they are brilliant. I have stage lights designed specifically for the job that I paid £200 each for that don't get anywhere near the brightness, range of colours or ease of use of these and that's without mentioning how lightweight, compact an portable these lights are. The Bluetooth app works flawlessly with no lag and is simple to understand and configure. I can't comment on how waterproof they are as it is not my intention to use them outside, that said the casing is well made and sealed properly. In short they do exactky what they are supposed to. They are very very bright, easy to use, great range of colours and functions. There is a review giving only three stars because the purchaser could not put the lights through their full capabilities because they "don't like downloading apps!" Sir I suggest you should have bought the lights with the infra red remote control, negating the need for an app. Not being able to use the lights to their full potential because you don't like downloading apps is not a fault of the device, the description clearly says you will need an app and that they are Bluetooth controlled. Would you buy a tin of paint and then give it only a 60% rating because you don't like using a brush? I would highly recommend these lights.

Ok so solid product has heat sink on back could double or treble up as a steak grill or budget heater they certainly heat up my lounge using with with my solar setup my only concern is getting so hot how long they will last good bright light many colours

Really happy with these. The 80w versions are very powerful, easily illuminating this 35 foot tall tree. They are controlled by app and this works perfectly too - they link directly to the phone (or multiple phones) without needing WiFi. These are more than 30 metres from my house and I can control them no problem, either together or independently. They are sealed and waterproof so I'm hoping will be reliable. Amazing for the price I paid (£50 for a pair)

Using my iPhone 8, I could not connect either of the 2 lights on Bluetooth (5). I wouldn't have bought this if the reviews were bad, but they were good? However, I did dig deeper and the Bluetooth is an an issue in one review.

These are GREAT, they plug in, you detect with the app and then you're off and done, the devices operate on a mesh type principal so for each one you install they assist in increasing the range for all the others. The lights are a solid bank of LED's and absolutely do not fail to delivery excellent levels of light. I don't tend to go with silly apps and things pulsing with music, but the simple ability to set up different light moods, save them and recall entire scenes is a breeze I have them indoor for use with a streaming setup, I don't see any issues with these being outside, but naturally these aren't suitable for fully submersed applications. Had 4x for over a year now, and looking at getting another 4x more to deck the house interior with, you can hide them behind things and just use them to illuminate entire walls with ease. Protip: don't look directly at them when they're on full brightness xD
