Impressive Diesel Heater for My Garage!
I recently installed the VEVOR Diesel Heater in my garage, and it’s been a total game-changer! The installation was straightforward, and once I had it set up, the performance was incredible. It heats up the space quickly, even on the coldest days, making it much more comfortable to work in during the winter months. The heater runs smoothly, and I love how efficient it is. Despite using diesel, it doesn’t consume a lot of fuel, which has helped keep costs down. It’s also relatively quiet compared to other space heaters I’ve used in the past, so it doesn’t create a distracting noise while I’m working. The quality of the materials is solid, and the system feels built to last. The remote control is a nice touch, allowing me to adjust the temperature easily without having to get up. Overall, I’m really happy with this diesel heater. It’s made my garage a lot more usable in colder weather, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable heating solution.

Works surprisingly well
Arrived in a timely manner properly packed. This little heater sips fuel and puts out a lot of heat for its size. It takes about 5 minutes to ramp up and start pumping out heat when below 0 F. The fuel pump “ticks” or “thumps” which takes a bit of getting used too. After it’s gets going though I don’t notice the noise anymore and it doesn’t bother me at all. It’s like living next to the train tracks after a while one doesn’t hear the train anymore. The remote is nice. I can start the heater in my enclosed trailer from the truck while driving down the road. It warms the trailer nicely for changing into snow machine gear to go riding. Very happy with the purchase. A great inexpensive alternative to the higher end Espar or Webasto.

Not for higher altitudes
Upon arrival the E6 error code popped up once I got it put together and plugged in. Searched YouTube to find that the fan magnets were too far away from the sensor. No big deal, pulled it apart and adjusted the fan. Now it’s working, but any time I run the fan over mode 5 (out of 10), the fan flashes error code E5 indicating that the unit is overheating. No big deal, I just run it at 5. I only turn it on in the morning and right before bed so it runs for about 4 hours each day. I moved to an area where the altitude is just over 9000 feet from 6000 feet. The unit starts blowing cold ait out of the duct that smells of fuel and white smoke out of the exhaust (just burning fuel). It’s not rated for higher elevation despite the description saying it can go up to 9800+ feet. So now I have a unit that doesn’t work and is likely flooded with fuel that has leaked inside my van.

Reliable, quiet heat.
I bought this heater to use in a deer stand/shooting house for next year. Haven’t even built the thing yet. I received the heater one day before a winter storm with sun-zero temperatures. I placed it in the corner of my sunroom (approximately 225 Sq ft), as it has a doggie door that leads outside and one that leads into the kitchen. This heater quickly and quietly raised the temperature of the sunroom about 35 degrees F. No fumes. The remote worked well from inside the house and overall, it helped my hvac system handle the storm. My only criticism….the instructions are WORTHLESS. I watched several youtube videos from other users, or I wouldn’t have figured it out on my own. Do better!!! Heater ran 23 hours on a tank (5 liters) of diesel. Good value.

Nice unit-Poor instructions
Works great. Instructions were not very useful. They covered multiple heaters and controllers, but did seem to cover the controller sent with the unit. I found instructions on YouTube and that solved the problem. Once you get useful instructions, the unit works great.

Emergency or every day
This thing is fantastic!! I was very impressed! However, you do need atleast some mechanical intuition because you can't just set it on a table. It needs to be mounted on something because the exhaust hose comes out of the bottom and is verry hot. Nevertheless its heating my basement no problem, just sipping fuel. I built a platform to sit on and hammer drilled a 1inch hole through my basement wall for the exhaust hose to go outside. Sounds like a lot but it took about an hour to set up! Yes its 12 volts. So you need a battery or 120 DC to 12 v converter, but now, not only making my basement comfortable, I also have an excellent heat source during a power outage! Im definitely buying another one!

A product that just works.
I watched a lot of reviews before buying this model. I watched an assembly video, it took ten minutes to assemble the parts. You will need something like an approximately 4x4 wooden block for under each foot. Otherwise the exhaust will be too low and burn objects under it. I turned it on and it has been running since, for several hours.

Runs Great
Easy to put together and after putting in fuel it started right up. Blows a great amount of heat for its size, easily enough to heat a standard garage I think. I've run it several weeks on and off and it works great. The only downsize is that the feet are low enough that the exhaust will not fit under it unless you mount it on a place where you can run it down like a frame or hole in a permanent place or onto a couple of 2x4's. Not that big a deal. It runs vibration free enough that you can just set them on the 2x4 pieces and it doesn't move. Pretty quite. Great value
