Adjustable Green

This thing has come in very handy while I’m recovering from wrist surgery because it allows me to use it one handed to cut up and grate food. Pros- nice sharp blades, hand protection, perfect size julienne blades for making french fries. Cons- the foam feet on the bottom had to be removed because I needed to use this thing one handed and it just slid across the counter. I removed them and placed it on a pretty sticky silicone mate and that did the trick.

this is exactly what I was looking for. I use it almost every day to slice vegetables for my salad.. I do hand wash it because I had a similar one that got ruined in the dishwasher.. I have had it for about six months now, and the blades are still as sharp as I received it . It is also nice to have the tray that fits under it to hold the sliced vegetables.

I've been using it as needed, and im not disappointed, it's crazy sharp so make sure you know what you're doing. I couldn't get the hang of the hand protector thing so I just use my hands and be careful. It only has thin and thinner settings. The bottom container is not very big but the mandolin fits perfectly on my stainless steel mixing bowls even locking in with the bottom notches so that works well. It's great for match sticking carrots quickly. Or slicing carrots uniformly. If you want to shred cabbage you need to cut the cabbage into wedges that'll fit the mandolins narrow width. So it's not amazing but I certainly don't regret buying it, it does a good job for what it is.

I just unpacked it and am very disappointed. There is no guard to cover the v blade when not in use. Also the extra blades fall right out of the case.

After ordering three mandolins, and returning them because of various problems, the Nacolus adjustable mandolin slicer for kitchen is basically fabulous. The slice thickness adjustment is great, the fine grating blade for hard cheese works perfectly. Having two different sized julienne blades makes salad prep really quick. All the blades are extremely sharp, and having a container to store them safely is definitely helpful. Cleans like a breeze and is overall a total winner. Absolutely recommend this product!!!

I love this item it’s the right size for me to use at work and it’s very sharp if not careful.

I purchased this thing (why are they called 'Mandoline' slicers?) because it's so hard to cut slices of onion for my burgers. It's super sharp and does slice the onions, but it could be a whole lot better. It's too narrow, so I have to pick red onions that are not too wide, but I really want onions that are wide so I can have wide slices! A wide onion rides up on the shoulders of the slicing tray and then you just get a wedge shaped slice which is not good. The other thing that isn't great is the thickness needs to go a lot thicker. Like double what it can currently do. I think the description said 3mm, but the slices come out more like 2.5mm, and I want slices that are 5mm thick. Why not make it able to create thicker slices? No one needs .001mm slices or whatever the smallest is. It comes with a little caddy with 3 other blades in it. Two of those are for dicing, one narrow or normal, which I use also to create chopped onions for putting on sausages (yum). The other wide, don't know what I'd use that for. I forget what the third one is. Definitely use the included food pusher thing. The blade is wicked sharp. So are the blades on the dicing attachments. I thought, nah, there's plenty of onion, my fingers aren't even close. Wrong! I pulled my hand back really quickly or I would have sliced off an even bigger chunk of my thumb than I did. Doh! I always use the pusher thing now no matter how much onion I've got. Took at least a week to heal enough to not need the bandage anymore.

I love love love love this slicer!

Great product,, very sharp, works well, happy with the purchase.

É muito top

This mandolin is so easy and fast to use. The fully adjustable height alongside the multiple blade options gives amazing flexibility in slicing and cutting food. The container stops sliced food from flying all over the bench. Highly recommended.

O produto veio certo e dentro do prazo. Porém, não gostei, não cumpre o que promete. Pelo valor, esperava um material melhor, com lâminas mais afiadas e a parte que protege as mãos não tem a eficiência mostrada. Dá para usar, mas não compraria novamente.
