Wish I could fold this better, creases clean.. BUT... my fingers are old and stiff... so..... i use it for larger colorful memo paper, i grab 15 sheets or so and put a staple in the upper right corner and am able to use a nice memo pad paper again.. it even has a little tooth to it... for home card or scrap book i wonder is it acid free, i hope someone comments on that.. the paper takes pencil real well, i use UNI 0.5 2B.. really smooth and with 2B so you press less to leave a nice clean dark line and it leaves no paper indentation like the harder leads and so it is easier to erase... you can erase sections on the page and reuse the paper effectively again with a GOOD eraser ... (read the History of the Pencil). i get 3 to 4 paper uses for just phone notes... and the reused paper takes on it's own life, used one over 20 times.. it has history in those erasers.. the squashed oval black eraser is a nice precise desk eraser, i forget the name... It also takes to the pen, i have not tried my fountain pen but they take the Pilot Precise V5 RT black, my favorite pen, and the ink from the uni-ball Vision Elite series another nice pen... colorful notes on nice paper what a concept.. kind regards

It's a great deal for the amount of paper that you get for your money, however this paper feels like slightly thinner printer paper, not proper origami paper. It still works for what I needed it for, but if you're looking for legit origami paper you would want to look elsewhere. If you're not picky, it's perfect. The colors are really nice and the paper is in perfect squares as well.

In my case, by mistake, I made this purchase thinking that the measurements of the paper were larger, similar to letter-size paper, but when I had this box in my hands I couldn't help but be amazed by the amount of colors it has, the quality of the box that protects these sheets and the quantity. I also took a few to make traditional origami and they feel good to the touch but they have some imperfections in terms of measurements and on some edges the figures were broken, it is excellent for beginners in origami. This does not discredit the product, it seemed to me that despite my mistake this box with colored paper is really a very good purchase for those who are looking for things like this. The delivery time was very good, the packaging too!!!

This would be just your basic set of colors and enough sheets to complete any paper folding project you have in mind. Me? I wanted to make geometric balls in which requires over 56 peices of folded trapezoids to complete. Fit the bill - cheaper than buying decorations @ your local party store. Yes... takes a lot of time, but what else am i going to do to wind down from a stressful day other than mindlessly fold peices of square paper? My other option is to drink and i dont think the wifie wants that.....

I had never done Origami before, but I bought this pack of paper for my sister for her 12th birthday. We did these projects together and I found the paper very nice to work with. The only downside I found was that both sides of the paper are the same color. Some of the creations would look more interesting if the paper had been dark on one side and light on the other.

My son asked for this pack of origami paper a while ago and I had completely forgotten that I even had it saved. Glad that it popped up as a lightning deal the other day. I had missed the cranes and flowers that had been gifted to me through the years and i have quite enjoyed seeing them around the house again. My son really likes the paper and there is quite a selection of colors. Would definitely buy again. Which may be sooner than expected with the about of time he has spent with this box of paper. So happy my son is getting back into this form of art.

These are thin, well cut, smooth, single color papers. The colors are vibrant and appealing. An eight year old can do much more detailed origami with these than with construction paper or plain white paper. The box is wonderful for long term storage: it is made of heavier stock than usual, it is wide enough to carefully slide sheets out and back in again if they aren't used, and instead of inserting a tab to close it (which could destroy sheets inside), three velcro rounds hold down the top flap. I'll probably keep the box and resupply into it as needed.

This paper was bought for my son who likes to draw and make crafts, not necessarily for the intended purpose of origami. It is double sided thin paper. I'd say maybe even a bit thinner than copy paper but pretty close in weight. The sheets are perfectly square and you get a lot of papers. I chose this box because it had more paper (750 sheets vs. 500 sheets) for less price than other listings with less paper. It's about the same quality as other similarly priced papers I've found on Amazon.
