Works very well as expected. Love how the product tells you when it is hot and when it is cool. Product is non stick and great quality making cooking a breeze and easy cleanup with little to no scrubbing.

These are BY FAR the best fry pans we've ever owned and used. PROS: First of all, they are truly non-stick. We've cooked a variety of items and nothing has stuck to the surfaces of these pans thus far. Usually, I can rinse 90% of the residue off before even taking a dishcloth to them. Secondly, they lie flat which means that eggs and similar items don't tend to run to the outside edges as they did on some of our other non-stick wear. Third, they distribute heat very evenly so items cook well regardless of their location on the surface. Finally, the temperature indicator on the handle is a nice touch too. CONS: As others had noted in their reviews, both pans arrived slightly deformed which suggests that the packing from the factory isn't as effective as it needs to be for handling. But applying two-handed pressure with both thumbs, I was gradually able to reshape them into a more acceptably round shape. Also, they tend to hold heat, which is good for cooking, but it also means that you need to allow more cooling time before washing them since the manufacturer warns that immersion while too warm might affect the granite finish. On occassion, this has slightly delayed cleanup, but it has not proven to be a big deal. And the nice little temp indicator gives a visible indication of when they are cool enough to wash.

Great cookware! Very sturdy construction. The hot spot indicator on the handle let's you know that the pan is hot. When using these pans, or any non-stick cookware, you should never cook on extremely high temperature and you should always use silicone utensils. Do not ever expose a hot pan to water to try to cool it; that will damage the non-stick coating and ruin the oan's effectiveness! Always let the pan cool completely on the stove before washing. Hand washing is best. Your cookware will last a long time!

I held off providing feedback on this until I had some experience using it. WIth prior ones, the pan will get harder to clean over time. The teflon does not work as well and some even chip off. It doesn't matter if it is a respectable brand and it is a more expensive one. With this pan, no teflon to deal with and it remains very clean after daily use. The hot surface browns the food perfectly without the fear of sticking as I cook when using my gas stove. Great control. I plan to purchase other pans from this company.

Brought the 8" pan earlier as a test and it was everything we hoped for. Non stick, heavy and easy to clean. Then ordered and received the 10" and 12". We received the two in a oversized box with no protection between the pans so the larger had scratches and gouges from lack of packing and travel. I immediately requested a return/replacement. So easy as they provided the return label and UPS picked up next day. My replacements were received within a couple of days, packed beautifully and in wonderful condition. This mornings eggs were as happy as I was. Thank you Ballarini! I'm considering giving these as Christmas gifts this year. So, so happy with them. !

What I'm learning about this brand is that it appears from reviews and my personal experience purchasing this product that they lack good quality control in the production process, packing and shipping.. as a former logistics officer in the military, concerned with quality control, if I could give some advice to Ballarini, they need to improve their quality control before they pack and ship and they're packing, and shipping of their product is weak at best and the materials that they use for packing are insufficient to protect the product, especially when they're shipping glass. I had to return the first twelve inch skillet because the skillet was out of round. Which made it impossible to put a glass top on it for cooking. For the size, the skillet is very light weight and it has some depth to it to retain the food and cook larger volumes. I purchased this brand because I used it in a time share with Wyndham and the no stick skillet worked very well.

I never write reviews but wanted to for this great cookware. I purchased a 2nd skillet after the identical item I purchased in 2018 just wore out! Even cooking, great size and weight!

The quality is great , non stick, and coating does not come off that easy, the key is like any other non-stick pan to use a lower heat level and take care of it when washing or using utensils , make sure use wooden ones.

La mejor compra que he hecho en calidad/precio. Para empezar, estos sartenes los he visto en tiendas departamentales como Liverpool y Palacio de Hierro y cada uno en lo individual llegan a costar entre $1000 y cerca de los $2000 pesos mexicanos. Yo ya conocía la marca porque alguna vez los llegó a vender Wal Mart de Estados Unidos. Ahora me los reencontré en México y son lo mejor. Son super resistentes, tienen un indicador de calor cuando la temperatura está lista, no se les pega nada y son super fáciles de limpiar. Por ejemplo, me gusta cocinar mucho hot cakes y los preparo en estos sartenes. La mantequilla no se quema, los hot cakes tienen un cocimiento homogéneo.

Dudé mucho sobre comprar este sartén, pero esperé que estuviera a un precio más económico y no me arrepiento, es excelente para saltear y no se le pega nada.
