I’m 51 years old. I’ve lifted weights on and off since 16. Haven’t actively lifted since I was 36 because of knee surgeries etc…I have to say that I’ve noticed a difference drastically. Update 8/23/2023 - I had the pleasure of communicating with the Seller, Lawrence. He was extremely helpful and offered a full refund or the option to try another product. Lawrence was courteous and exhibited outstanding customer service skills. I will contact his company should the need arise in the future. I purchased this product for my 75 year old father who is in excellent shape. He walks and works out daily. After 2 days of using, it gave him excruciating chest and joint pains. The pain subsided after being off of them for 2 days. He uses HGH regularly but wanted to try a different product. He does not recommend this product.
