The NOW Foods Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg has been really helpful for supporting energy production. I’ve noticed a boost in my overall energy and feel more alert throughout the day.m It has helped with the wife's TBI as well. The tablets are easy to take, and the price is very reasonable compared to other brands. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable B-vitamin supplement.

Quality and value are imperative to me and this is inline with maker. I do not notice any taste when taking this. Seems to help with my migraines.

The price compared to the product is fabulous! These vitamin B2 (or Riboflavin if you prefer) capsules cost significantly less than other similar vitamins I considered purchasing from a brick and mortar store. The bottle arrived well sealed. There were two separate safety seals: one was part of the lid itself that you pulled off from between two sections of the lid, and the inner seal was a standard foam and foil seal. Both seals were easily removed. The lid does not have a child safety option on it once the safety seals have been removed, which could be a downfall for many. The capsules are tasteless. They did not start to dissolve or stick inside my mouth like some other vitamin B caps have for me in the past. No aftertaste, and I had no problems with any potential side effects. The contents of the capsules seems to be what it says it is, at least according to my last blood work levels requested by my physician. Overall, I'll definitely be purchasing this again when my current bottle starts to get empty. Highly satisfied!

The pills are smaller than average capsules and they seem to work pretty well. Easy to swallow. I took heavy doses of this at the advice of a physician. The only additional added effect was that I stunk like ammonia However, In the end I had better results with a methylated b vitamin complex.

Supplementing this due to MTHFR mutation and low blood test levels of B-2. Notice better energy and mental health. Honestly can’t be 100% certain it’s because of this though.
