The cooked crepes remind me of those I've had at the International House of Pancakes. Very tasty. Made fruit crapes. Cooked the crape, laid it couple of thin slices of Philidelphia creme cheese across the center, like a white line dividing the crape. Added a big spoonful of diced mango (from a can) along the cheese path and rolled the crepe up like log. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast treat. would be 5 stars if the price were more affordable.
