Like all the other reviewers or the majority of the reviewers. I do like this, the big thing is for me, I am very fortunate, in this case I don't have a lot of hair. I used to and I miss it, but if my hair was as big and bulky as it was in the past I probably have a hard time fitting my hair in this cap. The top can be a little top heavy and hot heavy so once you learn how to adjust it so that it's not uncomfortable it works great. You can keep it on for as long as you need to to do your deep conditioning or whatever process you were doing with your hair. Overall I give it four stars for functionality I took away the one star for the size of the cap and the lack of room.

Very good product! Had no smell or defects upon arrival, love being able to deep condition without having to just sit under the dryer in one spot. I just put on a shower cap then this cap for easy clean up. It gets hot enough to last about an hour & a half. My hair is left hydrated & has a nice natural shine. Affordable overall 10/10

11/2024: I have to update my previous review because some of the gel in the top of the cap burst and leaked out. Now it does not heat nearly as well at the top or stay hot. Very disappointed the top would have been a great solution if it had lasted 10/2024: I only used it once but it works. Put it in the microwave for 90 sec. Got hot enough to do my hair masque treatment. The cap cools down at different rates. I noticed the top of the cap started to cool after about 10-15min, then the sides got cool, then the back stayed hot closer to 20min. I have short hair though so maybe my head shape had something to do with that. I’d say it should stay hot enough for most people to do a good 10-15min treatment. Update 12/ 17: The seller did contact me and offered me a refund which I really appreciate. I added one start because of the good customer service

All it took was 1 minute in the microwave and I had an excellent cap for deep conditioning. Very nice and it heats evenly. Much better than a plastic cap and towel set up.

Used this for the first time last night, and it worked like a charm. I heated it for 90 seconds, rotating every 30 seconds as directed, and it heated up evenly and held the heat in. I put a disposable plastic shower cap on first over my deep conditioner, then I put his on over that. I left it on for 20 minutes, and it held the heat for the full time I wore it. My only caveat is that it runs small. I am a small person with a small head, and it was tight on me. I don't know if they come in sizes or not. It was really easy to use, I didn't have to mess with one of those bonnet dryers, which look like a lot of trouble. I am happy with my choice of product.

They need to provide the cap measurement in the description and the fact that the cap has no stretch because of the way the elastic is attached. The photo is deceiving because the elastic gives the impression that the cap stretches like a shower cap when it doesn't. The elastic was attached to the cap that has a fixed opening. Since the opening has no give, the elastic does not stretch to help the cap fit around a larger head, it is just a trim that helps keep the heat in. In order to wear this cap, I would have to jam my hair in through the small opening, and that pushing and pulling is not good for the hair and may cause it to break. I am not sure I could get all my hair in and wear the cap properly because I stopped trying when I realized how small and tight the cap opening is. I am attaching a photo close-up of the elastic in the Tiara cap, and a photo of a different cap that appears to have the elastic attached in a way that the cap opening stretches. I think I will buy that one instead. This cap is also very heavy; I didn't realize it was stuffed with gel. I now see gel is the 10th word in the header, it is not in the description and I did not read the whole header before ordering.

You simply microwave it for 1-2 mins then it's good to go. It's easy to use, it's wireless so that you can move around with it, and it makes your hair healthier and better. Happy with it overall.
