In addition to its exceptional price and quality, the customer service provided by the manufacturer was truly remarkable. After over two years of heavy use in a challenging environment, I found myself in need of a replacement drive belt for the product. Despite the availability of numerous manufacturers producing orbital shakers with varying drive belt sizes, I encountered significant difficulties in locating the appropriate drive belt for the shaker we had purchased few years ago. Upon requesting a replacement shaker, I inquired with ONILAB customer service about the possibility of purchasing a drive belt for the existing shaker. I received an email from the customer service personnel the following day and received two additional drive belts a few days later. (Thank you, Selina!) I strongly recommend this product for those seeking an affordable yet dependable orbital shaker with robust customer support.

Very solid orbital shaker for the lab. Works well and easy to use. Great support from seller. Had problem when my unit stopped working due to belt breaking but the seller was very responsive and sent replacement belts which were easy to install. Definitely value priced for sturdy shaker.

Excellent product and works exactly as described. The tie down straps are great for securing the payload and the variable speeds are very useful. *** 1 Year Update **** This vendor has excellent customer support - even this long after purchase. I reached out to the vendor due to a worn part. They sent a replacement immediately and provided instructions to replace. I am extremely impressed by their commitment to long-term product support!

Works. Timer beeps are loud! Pretty big sized.

This is a pretty simple piece of gear and either does the job or doesn't. Mine has been running almost continuously for two weeks, agitating liquid medium. It operates smoothly and noiselessly. The timer gap, where you can set time only up to 20 hours is a little strange. I'm often run a process for full days, so it would be useful to be able to set 24 hours or increments of days, but you can just use an external timer switch to accomplish that. At the price, you only other option would usually be used gear, so it is a good bargain. The true test, as always, is longevity.

I bought the shaker unit (Model SK-O180-S) in July, 2022 and the drive belt is now broken. I contacted Amazon, but they do not have a replacement belt. Their policy requires that the whole unit has to be returned within a time limit and, because my unit has crossed that time limit, they cannot do anything at all or even sell me the belt. This is truly outrageous!

Pretty sturdy, but not too good for handling tissue sections for immunohistochemistry - has a very jerky and abrupt start and stop.
