How do you take off the suction cup to move it somewhere else?

There is a little lever to release the suction and they provide additional sticky tape as well.

Does this hold good on textured dashboard?

It works great, just make sure you wipe down surface with water.

How wide do the arms stretch? I have a case on my A21 and it is almost 3.4" wide.

arms open to about 3.5 my phone is 3.3 and theres a little room left over
