I had to leave a review. This gel insoles are incredibly comfortable. After a high impact accident and multiple pelvis surgeries, I have 12mm leg discrepancy. I was given an orthotic heel lift which was very hard and narrow so it kept moving. I also have high arch so insoles that help with shock absortion are a must for me. I bought the male ones as they are wider and they fit perfectly in my trainers and even in my crocs withouth moving at all. I am so happy!!!! no more pain in my heels. Highly recommended

Good item which stayed in place and didn’t wear down. However, i ordered a height which h was fractionally too low and will order a slightly higher heel support and check if that is a better fit for me.

Exactly as advertised- Great for me but quite narrow like my feet - but may not suite someone with wide feet- good dense and supporting yet cushioning raisers. Increased comfort for solid heals. Have bought 8 pairs for my shoes, product has a naturally sticky base which means they don't slip around.

I had to get replacements for my shoes as the ones I had from NHS had worn out ( height adjustment due to broken bone ) and these I found are better than the cork ones you get from the NHS as they are solid rubber that are both comfortable and hard wearing and cheap enough to get as many to go in all my shoes 😊👍

i have had plantar fascilitis for 4 years, I've had the cortisone injections ,3 courses of shock wave therapy ,spent a fortune on various types of insoles, compression socks, massage gun, 6 pairs of skechers memory foam trainers,2 pairs of arch support trainers, skechers golf shoes, I've tried taping my heel rolling a ball under my foot, stretching my calf muscle, stretching my archilles all to no avail, these gel height inserts have been life changing ,i am able to walk pain free ,i walked several miles this morning with no issues .i haven't removed the plastic film from them as they do not move when i put them in place. well worth a try, for me its not about height gain its about the cushioning effect, i bought the 2.5 cm size and i will be buying several more to to fit various footware without the need for swopping from shoe to shoe.

Good quality and comfortable. I fractured my back and as a result have a slight difference in leg length which is more noticeable in flats so this is ideal.

Such a good idea !! I must have short area from my ankle bone from the sole of my heal as all trainers dig in my ankle bone so bad these are just perfect height to raise my heal up enough to stop them rubbing . Highly recommend they do move a bit at first but very comfortable once the bedded in
