I’ve been dealing with persistent dandruff and scalp irritation for a while and decided to try this shampoo & conditioner. After using it consistently for about 2–3 weeks, I noticed a significant reduction in flakiness and itchiness — much more than with the drugstore products I usually reach for. The scent is mild (not perfumey), and the texture feels soothing on the scalp without being harsh or dry. I follow it with my regular conditioner, and my hair still feels soft and manageable. I’d recommend it for anyone struggling with stubborn flakes and irritation — especially if you want something medicated but not too harsh.

Okay, at first I hated it, this wasn't a product that worked on first day, or shall I say first two days, or even a week. When I first used it, I used it everyday for 5 days, read the instructions and followed it to the T. I thought maybe I received a bad batch, or expired batch, maybe I did receive a weak batch. But after two weeks of using it is when I noticed a major difference. The itching had stopped, and the dry scalped seems calmer and not as painful or irritating as before. I used this in conjunction with a scalp oil, and for me the combination has worked. I've been using this product now for over two months now and I must say that it is great. Again, I don't know if I received a weak batch because I never felt tingling of any kind even while keeping it in my hair for three minutes or more. Do not use expecting it to lather up, if you're lathering up you're using too much. The instructions specifically state that. I also used a scalp massaging scrubbing brush which also helped. Leave it in your hair for 3 to five minutes, use a second time if needed. Then once I toweled dried my hair, I used a scalp oil as well which also helped. So far I have no noticed any hair loss from using this, which is a good thing.

Seems to help

It is a nice shampoo, leaving my hair clean and soft. But it doesn’t seem to have much effect on the psoriasis.

it works great for my hair

There is no cure for scalp psoriasis. I've had it for 30 years and have rotated use around many products, drugs etc. This shampoo have been my go-to for over a year. I wash my scalp every 2-3 days and works as well or better than other shampoos. What I like: It has a neutral smell and calms my scalp/flaking for 1-2 days. I use a silicone scrubber with it as well. And an occasional scalp oil A lot of other over the counter medicated shampoos have scents (good or bad) or aren't as effective. It's worth a try to see if it works for YOU.

Works great, doesn't damage hair

I suffer from psoriasis, and this shampoo has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. It soothes my psoriasis so much. I use it twice a week, and it's amazing how my hair has changed since the first use. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from this condition like I do because it truly lives up to its promises. I hope my review is helpful.
