I like the classic seaside cottage look of the handle. It was installed vertically (upright) instead of horizontally which is more traditional. Easy to install, just follow the easy-to-read instructions. Not sure what the "softness" rating is for, so I didn't select any stars, but I give a rating of 5 stars on sturdiness and easy to install. (Review provided at 2-3 months post installation.)

Easy install. Love it’s simplicity, yet still looks like good!

Very strong metal construction. Nice golden color.I used the mounting screws method.It holds up steady and solid.

Works as expected. My only issue is that the small screw is unpainted, so unfortunately shows. I'm thinking of "painting" it with some white out.

As pretty as it is, it’s a piece of crap. It’s difficult to figure out how to install, it doesn’t hang sturdily and wobbles, my TP often falls off 🙄. And now it’s finally wobbled off it’s base and I can’t figure out for the life of me how to get it off my wall 😩

Was looking for TP holder that fit the big rolls I get from Costco. This looks nice and was easy to install
