WARNING: The food is delicious! LISTEN, if you are looking for a good vegan cookbook with DELICIOUS recipes, Baby BUY THIS BOOK! I am a newbie to vegan & plant-based lifestyle (4 weeks to date) and took a chance and purchased this book a day ago. I thought I'd try the vegan fried "fish" recipe as a test to see if #1 this book's recipes were any good AND #2 (and most importantly) if this food tasted good. And baby when I say that I cooked the vegan fried "fish" today for the first time (following Tabitha's easy to follow recipe to the T) and ate it and it was THE BOMB.... C'mon Now! Oh my gosh it was SO DARN GOOD! I have NEVER eaten the main ingredient before (get the book to see what I mean) and NEVER used some of the other ingredients before but baby this doggone recipe was oh-so-good! As a first-timer to cooking vegan food and eating vegan I will say A+++ to Tabitha Brown for this one! I can't wait to try her next recipe in a few days! ๐ So, would I recommend this cookbook to anyone looking for a cookbook with photos that has good easy-to-follow delicious recipes? Umm..., that's a no-brainer, YEAH YES, SI, 100%! Oh and as a side note, I cooked this for our New Year's Day dinner (and you know the saying goes that you shoukd NOT be trying out new recipes for the holiday gathers. But I did lol ๐คฃ and it was a hit for me). So buy your copy and enjoy!

Beautifully Constructed
This cookbook is aesthetically pleasing. I love the fact that she included color pictures of several recipes from the book. Thereโs a wide variety of recipes thatโs sure to please everyone. The only thing that I didnโt like is that she didnโt include exact measurements. I personally like to go by the recipe the first couple of times that I try a recipe. After that I tweak it to my liking if needed. Because Iโm not familiar with vegan cooking, it kind of seems like a shot in the dark. Nevertheless Iโm inspired to try several of the recipes. I wouldnโt allow that to detour me from buying it! The ingredients seem relatively easy to find and inexpensive.
