Is it noiseless? why I buy one and it turns out that it is very noisy and I do not use it

Hi, it is very quiet, you can read with no interruptions, watch a movie or TV. You can barely hear the hum of the back wheel when I ride mine at 5:00 am., when everyone else is sleeping.It is a great buy extremely quiet. I've had mine a couple of years, I love it.
