No more big yellow smelly B vitamin pills
I was looking for an alternative to those big yellow (smelly) B vitamin pills and I found it with these capsules. Small in size, no burping with the usual gross mouth taste. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking Youtheory B12B6 vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my energy levels and focus. I struggle with fatigue, especially in the afternoons, but these give me a noticeable boost without making me feel jittery like some other supplements. The tablets are easy to take, and I like that they combine both B12 and B6 — perfect for supporting energy, mood, and overall wellness. Plus, they don’t upset my stomach, even when I take them without food, which is a huge bonus for me. There isn’t much of a taste as it’s a pill. What is the deal with this container?!
I haven’t seen any benefits yet, but I also haven’t had any negative impact from taking these (hopefully I’ll start seeing results soon). What I am completely baffled by is the packaging. The bottle is unnecessarily large, 90+ percent empty (mind you it has the right number of capsules in it, it’s just that the right number of capsules need a container that is a fraction of this size), and this makes it unnecessarily difficult to find storage for (and more plastic waste). I’m honestly surprised more reviews aren’t talking about how ridiculous the packaging is. I’ve seen some crazy packaging but this one is legitimately jarring because it is that unnecessarily large.
