Excellent casing
Perfect casing for making breakfast sausage. came packaged on a tube, so it was super easy to place on sausage horn. This will be my go to casing from now on.

Not as shelf stable as advertised
They arrived rotten. I’ve used them before and really enjoyed them. This batch arrived rotten, in brown “juice”, and smelling awful. I opened them the same day they arrived. They can’t be returned. I’d like a fresh batch or my money back.

They worked for making link breakfast sausage. Tasted great!

This product was easy to use ,after I figured out putting it in warm water first loosens it up. It was my first time making beef sticks at home.
