Beautiful, well made mug. Keeps tea hot long enough to drink it before it gets cold. I like that the painted pattern is cast between the layers of plastic, where it will not be scrubbed off and will stay pretty.

I got this beautiful cup; it's a stunner. It keeps my iced tea cold, and there's no more of a wet mess on my table. I'm going to get at least five more!!!

This is a really pretty mug in person. It comes with a silicone lids to keep your drink hot, cold, or from spilling. This mug is a container within a container to maintain the temperature of whatever it is you are drinking. I like to mostly use it as a water glass. It looks so beautiful with clear water in it. I took one star off because there is a seam that runs around the top lip of the mug that is noticeable to the touch. Either you must use the silicon lid to drink with to avoid that seam or you have to accept the unpleasant feeling of that seam on the lips. Maybe the manufacturer could include a pink plastic straw with this mug to solve the seam problem. Otherwise, this mug hold a lot and is the prettiest mug ever!

Perfect size

I had been using one of these mugs for years which was a promotional gift from a business we use. I got tired of seeing their name, so I bought this pretty flowered mug instead. Much nicer to look at, and just as nice to use as my old one. Brightens up my day! Love these mugs! Keeps cold drinks cold, great quality, comfortable to hold and easy to wash.

Giving one star because these were crazy expensive and I justified it because I figured they were double walled and painted. The price and description gave the impression that these were heavy glass cups. They’re plastic, very light dand feel very cheap.
