I take these at night and they help me relax and fall into a good sleep. They are easy to take and don’t leave an after taste. The bottle is easy to open just wish it were child proof.

I was skeptical....after a week of using, I started sleeping 7 to 9 hrs, instead of my normal 5 or 6. I can't believe they actually work. The only side effect I have found is, the dreams are insane! They do seem so real, sometimes it's a good thing. I will continue to take these. It's been over a month now and I feel great.

Works very well but due to the price I decided to switch over to powder because it's cheaper. I just buy my own empty capsules and fill them myself. When I was using this it helped with my sleep and helped me meet with my magnesium deficiency.

I repurchased because is cheap and good. Not sure if it helps with sleeping, this is my second bottle but helps to support magnesium in the body. I wanted to try more expensive brands but I see no need.
