I love that this easy way to increase my protein intake. It’s a nice light flavor similar to the brand Propel. I enjoy this opposed to having a protein shake all the time. There is no weird after taste either.

This drink is exactly what my daughter was looking for. It is high in protein, has a nice berry taste, low calorie, and no sugar. I tried it and it tastes VERY good. Arrived in 2 days If you like Kool-Aid and want more protein, then you gotta get this.

Have lived off this since Bariatric surgery. as never a water drinker, so this has been a great substitute while still getting protein. I water down a little to make it last longer and take away some of the sweetness but could drink alone too. EDIT: very disappointed to see a case of this go up by $20.... I lived off this and now not sure what I will do. Can't find it anywhere else.

Compared to other liquid protein supplements I've tried I love these drinks. It's nice to have options that don't all taste like crappy melted milkshakes. Grape and Mixed Berry are my favorites though it does come in other flavors such as Peach Mango, Coconut, Lemonade, Cherry Lemonade, and Blueberry Raspberry. Blueberry Raspberry is one flavor that comes as an "Energy" version and has 125mg of caffeine. The flavors are not overpowering since this "protein water" and can even be mixed with a half packet of a drink mix to change the taste should you be so inclined. The protein does make my mouth dry somewhat but not as bad as other products on the market. I have discovered that I do experience thicker, viscous throat mucous shortly after drinking one that I found to be quite gross. But, since this is made from whey isolate it is lactose free, which is a feature you don't see in many protein options. Low/no sugar and low calories as well. The bottle, however, while very attractive, uses very heavy plastic with a very thick base, which seems a bit overkill in terms of packaging cost and environmental concerns if you worry about that sort of thing.
