I have been using Kiehl's lip balm for over 20 years. It saved my lips back in my twenties when I went on Accutane for acne and my skin and lips were severely chapped. I order a few tubes a year and placed this order just as I always do. Sadly...they have changed the product. It is now a whiteish color, and it does not heal your lips. It actually made my lips worse. They need to remove the image from their advertisement because they are still showing the yellowish/golden color and it is no longer. What a shame. I will never buy any more of this and I will be sure to tell anyone I know not to buy it either.

This product is great. Instant relief and long lasting for dry lips.

Purchased as a gift. The person I purchased this for loves this product. The individual lives in a dry, arid, hot climate, and needs lip protection and hydration. This works for them, and they use it on a daily basis. They also love the other flavors this product offers on occasion.

Use everyday. Sensitive skin reduces my options and this product is the perfect. Finally subscribing to this product to replenish automatically.

I'm giving this a 2 because nobody takes a one-star seriously. This is hands-down the worst lip balm I have ever used. IT DRIES YOUR LIPS OUT. It only lasts a little while, and then your lips are worse than they were before. I'm a Jack Black guy, and I thought I would switch it up. That was money wasted. Don't bother. Read top lists on skincare pages. You won't be finding this on any "Best of" list. Over-priced and under-performing.

Formula has changed over the years. Website does not disclose that there is SHEA BUTTER in the product. I just received my product and was surprised to see she’s listed on the back of the tube since this ingredient is omitted in the list of ingredients on the Amazon website. Those allergic to nuts may no longer be able to use. I have to return. Please correct the ingredient list!!!

Works how I'd expect a Kiehl's product. Moistens lips well, helps your skin heals, unlike other products.

Excellent product. Moisturises and repairs/prevents cracked or roughened lips. But does not have cherry scent as claimed, just plain!
