These noodles slap!!! Really though, my husband loves them, and I have to agree. He wanted a healthier noodle option that tasted great and didnt leave him feeling bloated or uncomfortable. They come with packets to flavor or garnish with if you want. Each flavor is very good. We add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and eggs and its amazing. These are expensive for noodles, and that makes them hard to keep them stocked around here, but the quality and taste is the reason we do continue to order them. The noodle is nicely textured and has a healthy thickness to them. There are no smells to them. The shape is flat not round. They hold up well even after mixing in several of our own ingredients and don't break apart.

Husband and I love these ramen noodles. So much tastier and more satisfying than the 'cheap' ramen. We keep these on hand and love the variety in the sauces. Quick, easy, and so good!

These are delicious! the noodles have a great texture. The instructions are easy for just the noodles and they make a great base to any meal. The not-spicy packs are pretty bland. The soy and scallion is literally just soy sauce and a packet of dried green onion bits. Which is great for those that think black pepper is hot The spicier flavors are worth the hype. SOOOOO delicious and so filling. The perfect comfort food and the perfect base for any big meal. However, they are awful with supply and demand. I liked these enough to subscribe and save. I've yet to receive a second shipment. It's disappointing they can't manage to care for repeat customers and ol' mamazon clearly isn't helping. Gonna have to find a new pantry staple for the winter

Shameful on the company to price these at such a premium. Noodles, sauce and dry ingredients intended as a base for adding your own toppings and protein. Taste is good but not amazing. Noodles have a great chewy texture and taste clean since they are not fried and the sauces are flavorful and just ok. But $50 for instant noodles is bonkers. I have no issues spending extra to get extra, but this is not that. I’ve been to his restaurants in the Cosmo. I’ve had hand cut hand made noodles from different countries. In a stir fry, in a soup. Hot noodles, cold noodles. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc. This set should be in the $30 range max. Pure money grab by a well known chef. Disappointing because he appears to be a good guy in real life. But business is business and I’ll take mine elsewhere.

Hands down the best Ramen noodle.

My wife really enjoys these. There are several flavors and they are quick and easy to prepare. Found them locally, but they were better priced on Amazon.

I love, Love, LOVE Momofuku products. The quality is exceptional and the flavor is delicious. A little more expensive than other dried ramen packs, but the flavor is incomparable!! I am a forever fan.
