The fit is the exact same as a fic electric jack with same wires no fuse built in circuit. Installation is about 20 minutes if that is wired mine directly to the battery my travel trailer has 2 batteries I picked one and connected it directly so I wasn't interrupting any trailer circuitry. The old jack was only 2 years old and a 3500 so this 5000 sounded great lifted the tung with ease looks great all black same adjustments as the old performance was perfect. I suggest this be a replacement or a upgrade to the old

I purchased to replace a 3500lb unit I bent by mistake. This unit moves more smoothly and has faster travel speed. Only con I saw is the ground wire is shorter so I was not able to reconnect where the original location. Not a big deal… just had to devise plan B, of which there were plenty of options. Note that the positive lead was plenty long and routing back to the original connection location was easy.

Love it! My husband installed it himself and it works wonderfully! Very quiet and a smooth lift.

I purchased this 5000lb electric Travel trailer jack and used it three times and now it simply won’t work. I tested all connections and the motor gets 13V but does nothing. The seller is not available and the support website and phone number is for Polestar (some company that sells electric vehicles not trailer jacks. I want a refund but since I bout it a few months ago I guess I’m stuck with having to replace the motor. This sucks. Don’t buy this model. Or from this seller.

Old factory power jack from keystone started to have lifting problems, and plastic cover totally deteriorated, and was breaking apart. So, I went higher up, to a 5000# lift. Works like a breeze. Easy to install. You just need some power crimps. The polestar 5000# lift runs smooth and…..quite. Great buy too.

Easy to install. Has 2 wires, -and + . At present has not been used much too early to give it a proper rating.

Bought this for our 30ft trailer, dry weight was a little under 7000lbs but tongue weight was below the max weight for this jack. Excellent deal and quicker than the jack it had when we bought it. Quieter too, very happy with it.
