Phone quit working after fishing trip with no cellular service. Wouldn’t boot up. Verizon said I needed a new phone. Wasn’t buying it. Took it home and checked voltage on battery, was too low! Went back and manager admitted they don’t offer battery for this phone and CSR are told to sale them a new phone. CAUTION - there are several replacement batteries offered here, you must get the exact same one or the battery will not work for long, and can actually damage your phone.

Works fine, I just wish Amazon delivery people wouldn't lie about handing it to me when it was left on my front door.

My dad has a flip phone and it quit working. After jumping through a bunch of hoops with Verizon, including driving around town looking for a battery and ordering a whole new phone that was on the way but he couldn’t track it… because the code was sent to his dead phone. I tried to get the tracking info on the phone with a Verizon rep. While I was yelling “CUSTOMER SERVICE!” at the phone bot, my dad was telling me to not be mean to the Verizon rep. I’m like, it’s not a real person. It’s a bot. When the lady got on the phone (speakerphone), she couldn’t get into his account because he didn’t know his pin and he couldn’t log into his email account at my house. Then, he started yelling. I told the lady “thanks for trying” and hung up. She called me back, she really wanted to help — it was a dead end. I told him to just go home, Fed Ex probably dropped the phone off. They had. He took the phone to Verizon to get his contacts moved over… someone figured out the phone was fine, the battery wasn’t. My dad is very busy retired Boomer and not having a phone was pushing him to the brink. I ordered this battery and chose to expedite shipping. The only way I could communicate with him was while he was on Facebook. Once Amazon said the package was out for delivery, I sent him updates as the delivery person got closer and closer, including pics of the little map. I eventually got a photo that it had arrived and I posted that pic to him. My dad asked me why I drove home to take a photo of the box, I told him I didn’t take the photo, the delivery driver did. About 30 minutes later, he called me from his old phone with new battery. The expedited shipping thing really saved the day.

product not working. looked like it charged, but did not. phone does not come on. ls dead. no sims card in the phone either. Followed the instructions. Nothing. Going to Verizon in morning. Do not like having to order the battery. Should be in the Verizon stores. We pay a HEFTY monthly fee for our phones and they should be able to input the batteries right from Verizon AND LET US PAY THE CHEAP PRICE FOR THE BATTERY, NOT THROUGH Amazon ( a middle man ) and an inconvenience because Verizon does not want to sell a product it can not make money on . So we pay a cheap price for the product THROUGH AMAZON and have to deal with the product if it does not work. "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE REAL PRICE VERIZON IS PAYING. AMAZON IS NOT THE REAL PROBLEM! VERIZON IS!!!!
