I’ve been taking this biotin supplement for a few weeks now and already notice a difference. My hair feels fuller, and my nails are growing faster and stronger. I love that it’s a higher dose than the typical 1000mcg and made with clean ingredients. Definitely a staple in my daily routine now!

I’ve been taking these for almost two months and have definitely noticed a change in my nails—they’re growing much faster than before I started the Biotin. I haven’t seen much of a difference in my hair yet, which was what I was really hoping for. That said, I did repurchase and plan to continue taking them, hoping that with more time I’ll start to notice results in my hair as well.

I have an autoimmune syndrome that leaves me in and out of stages of massive hair loss. Since I have been taking this my hair is back to being thick and bouncy. I am not sure if it solely because of this supplement but I certainly and not going to stop. Plus, they are safe to take for long periods of time. Also, good value and does not mess with your stomach and easy to swallow.
