Nice for audio alerts, plenty loud for one room.
I have them on a KOOBOOK mp3 playback module and an esp32 that’s monitoring a solar panel system and the volume is plenty loud enough to hear across the room even with the volume turned to the middle of the range. These mount from the front, that is the mounting ears are flush with the front of the enclosure. For my purposes it would be better to have them flush with the rear to allow surface mounting but I can use standoffs.

Works with Respeaker 2 mic HAT
I bought this to use as a Google Assistant speaker on my Raspberry Pi 4 with a Respeaker 2 mic HAT. I had wanted to plug in a 3.5 mm based speaker, but I didn't want it to be powered. I initially tried using some headphones with a really long cord and with the volume turned up all the way, and this kind of worked, but the raspberry pi started overheating. I tried this JST-based speaker, and the speaker is exactly what I needed. It's clear and loud enough that it can talk over me if I'm talking to someone else. The temperature readings have remained normal. Since it came with two, I have an extra speaker if I decide to get a mic array for my raspberry pi 3! Many thanks to shivasiddharth's GassistPi github project for allowing me to use my raspberry pi as a google assistant device. Only downside is that it doesn't play spotify or other DRM music, but it lets me control my smart home via voice, and that's way more than enough.

Very quiet
Size and look is great. Appear to be made decent and good value. Just too quiet for sound effects in a cosplay suit.

Very cool little speakers
I used one of these on a little robot I'm building. I have a small audio amp (from Amazon) to drive the speaker. This allows programming to add sound effects to the Bot.

Packed a good punch
I was concerned these would be too "quiet" because of their size but they worked perfectly for my project. Ample sound volume and quality.

Nice For 2-watt Amps
Used one of these on a 2-watt rated guitar amp. Loud enough and handles overdrive with aplomb. Ultra small to fit in tight places. Looks like they are glued into airtight plastic enclosures. The speaker cones are exposed so be careful while handling. Would have been better if they came with speaker grills instead of the embossed brand name. Remarkable otherwise.

they work.
don't expect any loud audio out of those, but for a quiet environment they are OK.

These are teeny tiny, but the quality of sound is what you expect for the spec and price,

Worked as expected. Used the 2 speakers on different projects with Google Assistant
