I've been using these for a while now and I think they're good for less to medium anxiety and stress. I pair them with calm aid (lavender pills) when experiencing high levels of anxiety and discomfort. Works quite well. They're nature based and not addictive at all which is what I love. Would totally recommend.

Can't confirm any positive changes after consuming the strip when I felt anxious. Maybe little less anxiety. Not at all value for money. Too expensive. Honestly it is better to solve the cause than symptoms. Anxiety is a symptom of something deep. That might be solved only with therapy or in some rare circumstances medicine. But always try therapy first. Medicine should be your last resort.
