Great quality. It is solid and the magnet is really strong. I use it mainly to hold a bunch of 3mm small screws and nuts while assembling 3D printed parts. They are stainless steel but are still slightly magnetic, but you need a strong magnet to hold them. This pickup tool works great for these.
