Complete Meal Replacement
The Huel complete meal replacement shake is a tasty way of getting a nutritionally balanced meal quickly and easily. I use it for breakfast after a morning visit to the gym as I was always eating the wrong thing. This gives me everything I need in one meal that I don't have to think about. It is tasty and filling with the texture of a milkshake, with slow release carbs so you shouldn't feel hungry afterwards. Great value for money as well.

Have really helped
There's a minimum order on main huel site, so wanted to try a few beforehand. I used them for one meal replacement for a week and had healthy meals for the other two. I lost 4lbs in a week. The are very filling and chocolate and vanilla are the nicest, wasn't keen on the banana one, just personal preference. Will definitely be using them again.

Dusty box filling!
The box was full with tiny strips of dusty, dirty, paper for a filling.... thousands of them. The bottles had to be washed just to eliminate consuming dusty particles. Not a good look!
