Good product
Use it for visceral massage. It's unbelievably good for this purpose. Not so much for pilates as I still have weak wrists, but will get there eventually

this product is useless, and the customer service is even worst. I have to send so many emails, to return and refund still is unsolved. the size is wrong, the quality is bad, deflated, i ordered two of the same size, one is almost twice as big as the other. disappointed.
