Can you increase the height by using heavy duty "z" rack 10" height extenders?

Sorry never used extenders..... I can say though, this is on great clothes rack, and I plan to buy another.... You can put a ton of garments on this thing....

Can you add a second level to this rack?

You can order the "closet doubler" here on Amazon which hangs from the main rod and provides a second level for hanging clothing. I'v doubled my closet space that way.

Can you take it apart and back together easy? I need it to travel with.

Hello, yes it's easy to take apart and travel in a car with it. In flight or any other form of travel I do not recommend because it's to large and heavy. However, the quality is great.
