Anyone have a power number on the suction, i haven't been able to find the technical specs online?

Kenmore does not publish suction power figures, however, the motor wattage is a good indication of potential suction power. The DU4080 is rated at 960 electrical watts. –Kenmore Support

Does it wash carpets?

What is the difference between the DU4080 and DU4399 model other than price?
