The Worst
The worst product. It stopped working in 5 months. There is no actual service center or technicians. The warranty is a bogus. All they have is a WhatsApp bot that creates a service request for you and may be a call center for a state to make a call and say the technician would visit. But there is no technician. I had a geyser purchased from a local shop which worked for 5 years. Should have bought one from the local store again. This is waste of time and money.

Good Product, but Basic Installation Accessories Should Be Included
Overall, it seems like a good product and the geyser has been working well so far. Itโs only been a few days since installation, but the initial experience has been positive. One thing I felt could be improved is that the package does not include basic accessories like the plug and connecting pipes, which are essential for the geyser to function. These need to be purchased separately if you donโt already have them. It would be better if the company included such mandatory accessories along with the product.
