Good Fan in BLDC segment. Air cutting sound is very less . In low speed 👌 Breeze In high speed - sound- normal. Light ambiance - super. Look also , a classic one Remote operation excellent Through mobile app , functions are excellent Drawbacks: In low speed sometimes a small humming sound observed. It's Not a big disturbance Fan Reverse rotation functions only in mobile app No remote holder

The fan stops after 8 hours. Quite irritating. Within 4 years the fan is troubling. Getting switched off on its own and immediately restarts. This is happening so many times in a night.

I have purchased 2 aeroslim brown colour fan, look and design wise these are extremely good, but once on the roll they are shaking a lot on higher rpm, the worst part is remote since I installed 2 of these in my drawing room to my surprise the are unable to operate both the to the fan in one go, if I switch on one fan the other fan switched off this is quite annoying as the matter of fact if we want to use both fan we can’t use both of them, than what is the fun of having 2 fan can't be operated with one remote. Is orient ever look into these issue of of an overpriced product. New purchaser think before buying......after 06 month usage one of the remote stopped functioning....serious quality issues with remote and it functioning

The retail store price is a bit higher than the price of Amazon so buy it from Amazon and installation is free, you can visit the orient website and register a web request for installation of fans or simply call the customer service but web request is faster. Coming to the fan it is all slim and sexy. Please scan the qr code in the orient manual to download the app and follow the instructions to get the fan controllable via the app this is mandatory step to be completed post which you can integrate with Alexa. For Amazon Alexa integration use Amazon Alexa app in your smartphone and go to "skills and games" then enable "smart life" skill then you can login or integrate your "orient" login which will automatically integrate your fan with Alexa. The fan is really good and works flawlessly, important thing is if you have fall ceiling then make sure you have the proper hole cut out according to the fan body.
