This muzzle has been a great tool for safety and peace of mind. The basket design allows my dog to breathe comfortably, pant, and even drink water, which was very important to me. The muzzle arrived and served its purpose. We have a GSD mix that has been a little too nippy during play so decided to get a muzzle when introducing him to my sister's dog for the first time. Our hope was that we could also use it at the dog park because our dog loves playing with other dogs. His snout length was 10.5" and circumference was 10". We ordered the size 3 and found it to be a good fit. After some adjustments, our pup was not able to easily remove the muzzle. He didnt love it, but he did stop fighting it, and safely played with his new friend. After a few hours of on/off play, we were able to let them play without the muzzle :) The only thing we wished was different was the room for opening the mouth. Our pup was able to drink water with the muzzle, but I would not feel comfortable letting him run around in warm temps for long with it on, for fear he wouldn't be able to pant effectively enough to thermoregulate.

I think it works pretty good. My dog is a Houdini, so he has managed to get it off a few times. But when it's on him it definitely keeps him from getting into trouble and barking.

Great addition to our safety gear for our scared rescue mutt. Part black lab, part pitty and/or rotty. Missy Moose, as we call her, has a large, wide head. Fits perfectly.

this had my dog really sad when I would put it on so I returned it but the product was sturdy and was easy to put on and was adjustable

This does not fit my Akita dogs - all 3 could remove this muzzle in about 10 seconds - despite me making it as tight as I thought would not be dangerously tight for my dogs. The proportion of the nose length to the body does not match the Akita breed. The quality seems good - it just does not fit the shape of any one of my 3 dog's faces. I wanted to return this muzzle, but at 31 days after receiving it, there is no return or exchange option.

fit well but needs to be attached through a collar to hold it on. dog shook her head and it flew off. She can take off most muzzles.

Fit great, worked great. Easy to put on. Needed it for vet visit, did its job perfectly.

Dog looks very uncomfortable compared to he’s other muzzle takes me longer to put it on than for him to take it off

If you buy it on Amazon rather than from the actual company you can't get a refund or exchange for a bigger size as the company website promises. It was hard plastic with ridges from the moulding on the inside, and even though my dogs measurements were within range for a size 2, it was too small for her. Of coursec once you remove packaging, your can't get a refund from Amazon. Total waste of money
