No. Cross Fountain Pens only use Cross branded cartridges such as this one.

Does anyone else have trouble with Cross blue-black ink clogging their pen? I write in Mead notebooks and never have trouble with the plain black or the plain blue. But the blue black will clog up and the nib has to be cleaned every few pages when I use it.

Been using them for years and never had a problem. Sorry you are having difficulty, guess you should just stick with plain black or blue.
