The pressure washer is very well constructed and worked very well. The telescoping mechanism is sturdy and the locking joints are easy to use. However it was very heavy and very awkward to work with due to its weight , even with the harness. In addition, the 24 feet of pressure water feed-line, needed for the full extension jobs, is heavy and easily entangled when using the it for shorter jobs, say 8 to 10 feet. It would have been nice if they provided an organizer to manage the excess pressure hose. In lieu of that one might use Velcro strips or quick release hose organizers. If you need a pressure washer extension for high, difficult to reach jobs, then this is a good tool. (My observations are not criticisms, just heads up comments.)

I used this to reach the upper levels of my house for a pressure washing cleaning. I have a 3200 psi @ 2.5 gpm machine. This telescoping wand worked out perfectly. Here are some things to consider: The 90 tip is impossible to hold when at length. The reason for this is physics where moment = force times lever arm. The shoulder strap is important but it is really cheaply made. I ended up using it with the attachment point centered on my chest, but with the strap supported just through one loop over my neck. This way the pole was between my legs and centered on my body. Another tip is to always adjust the pole so that the nozzle is perpendicular to the surface being washed, otherwise you will constantly be fighting the moment of force as it tends to want to twist in your hands. I am 59 and very fit and strong, but using this pole really taxed me and I would say this is a very difficult tool to use when fully extended, especially because you don't want to cause any damage. It took me a while to get a good feel for it. I just had peaks to reach and clean, along with the soffits under the gables, the rakeboard and fascia, so I did not spend a lot of time fully extended. My house came out perfect, like new. Amazing tool. BTW: I got a quote to pressure wash (soft wash) my house for nearly $1,100!! I already had the machine and this saved me a cool grand $$. Granted, it took me 20 hours to totally clean my house. A great purchase and a tool that I will probably use at least once each year for a quick clean up of the house. Easily paid for itself with my use case.

It was a comedy skit when I used this wand with a 3,200 PSI washer. It is too much power to control at any more than 12' extended. The wand is well built and worth the money. I think an electric 1,700 PSI washer is probably good. It also works well with only the house hose pressure and the brush attachment. (I'm glad I don't have a video, it would be embarrassing)

This is honestly a pretty nice product. I got a "Used like new" one and the only problem I found was one of the fittings has a plastic outer shell over the brass and the plastic was cracked. But I couldn't have pressure washed my carport roof without this as it's not sturdy enough to walk on. It's one hell of a workout and takes some technique so be ready for a tiring day but it did great.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AT BOTTOM. Would LOVE to be able to use this however the black swivel wheel probably shouldn’t “swivel” because it leaks something awful and doesn’t seem to swivel when needed! I have Tried to use the TEFLON TAPE, that btw the AD above doesn’t mention you will need it, let alone do they show it will be included, but regardless the swivel wheel continues to leak! Kinda useless at this point since I havent even had a chance to start the power washer due to the leak with just the water being connected! After giving it a try with the leak still happening, it then began to leak from the handle, and the hose. Extremely disappointed as I really had hoped this would help clean my house without having to use a ladder! It’s extremely heavy even when it’s not in full extension, and when it is extended the kick will knock you off your feet, due to the awkwardness! I am extremely curious as to why something made so poorly would cost so much! Sending my back! Save your time and effort! Although I will still say I dont recommend this due to the leaks and awkwardness I will say customer service is TOP NOTCH! When I scheduled My return the seller allowed me to keep it due to all the issues and still gave me a full refund. They also were thankful for the review as to how they can improve in the future. This wand did a great job of cleaning the outsides of my gutters and flashing about 20’ off the ground. Be aware that it definitely takes some strength to manipulate at that extension when blasting water. The harness is a must have. Mine broke on first use but the company was quick to send me a replacement.

I gave this 3 stars for the fact that it DOES operate as it should, but, once you start extending the wands, it’s a monster to control, making it unusable for me. The box comes with a bunch of useful parts to allow to use the handle/wand for multiple applications. Quality build, easy to extend. Those are the pros. Here’s the cons. You get a harness/vest that allows you to attach the wand for less strain on you arms/back/neck, but I don’t think it’s a good design. It attaches on your ribcage and I couldn’t find a comfortable adjusting point. I had to keep flipping in inside out and switching from left to right to left to right, in order to give myself a break. IMO it should be more like a fishing rod harness and strap in the front cuz once you squeeze the handle, it feels like you’re fishing giant tuna. The kick back from the wand is rough, and only gets worse the further up you extend the wand. Trying to wash a 2 story house was too much for me. The force was too hard to counterbalance accurately. I couldn’t move laterally without losing control. And once it starts going, it goes. Again, I think this is a well made product and maybe a younger (I’m 50, 6’ 210lbs), more experienced washer would handle this fine, but for me, the design just didn’t work.
