An easy read for me being familiar with MBSR. It was well written and offered lots of good insightful information and anecdotes, useful for student as well sa teacher.. The opportunity to 'practice' thru-out the book was welcomed

I loved this book!
I loved this book. I especially like the questions that facilitated a more in depth look at Mindfulness. Also the importance of embodying Mindfulness for yourself before you teach Mindfulness to others.

Mindfullness-Based Stress Reduction Guide for professionals as well as students
This book should be a required book for all students in therapy programs, counseling programs and nursing programs. It is so well written and easy to navigate. The exercises are outstanding. Ms Rosenbaum is a well-known certified therapist in mindfulness and stress reduction. She leads the "student" through concepts, definitions and encourages one to do the exercises at the end of each chapter.What a gift she has given everyone in this field.
