Dummy Hot Shoe for Godox
Apparently the Godox flash triggers have a white balance issue and so I bought this item after reading an article recommending it. Works perfectly, my Fuji XT-3 and Godox X-Pro F, AD200 and v850ii all work perfectly in manual mode with no white balance problems whatsoever. The twisty part is a little loose, so I detracted a star because it feels a little flimsy.

Still Looking
Really great quality device and construction. Works with my Sony NEX 3 and Olympus EP2 perfectly with both my Neewer TT560 hotshoe flash and Lumedyne 200wps system. Now if I can just find one that works with my Sony A3000 hotshoe. So far only the Pixel TF335, the one that works with Sony/Minolta flashes is the only adapter that works. Might work for you but I have spent the past three years buying and trying out numerous adapters that simply do not work. Otherwise, still looking. 1/15/19: Just received my second unit today. This will be mounted on my Olympus EP2 which connects to the PC sync cable on my Lumedyne 244 system. Cannot confirm it will work with other brands. Note that Lumedyne is a major brand that has been in production for 45 years and it still being manufactured.

PERFECT FOR SONY ZV1
I was so nervous to purchase this but I am so glad it works perfectly with the mini flash I got from aliexpress. The problem I had with it is, when I take a picture with the flash, there is a shadow at the side of the picture because the lens go too far out and the flash is tiny I figured I needed a hot shoe adapter so I can heighten my flash. If anyone needs a flash for sony zv1, this is the perfect setup and this is the tiniest it can get! I would love a white version of the adapter in the future to match my cam’s color lol

It's ok, see review.
This show adapter is ok, but it only mounts one way and will be rotated 90 degrees if mounted into a cold shoe rail. The upper contact pad and metal frame does have connection on the bottom side, so if used in a cold shoe accessory rail then the rail must be plastic or you have to take this item apart to remove the lower pin and side ground connection (or find a way to insulate the bottom pin from a metal rail, etc. All that said, the product is correct in it's description and making, but I used it as a cold shoe on an aluminum accessory rail, thus I had to modify this item to work.

Does not perform as advertised!
I used this item, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073WVW9XM/ref=cfb_at_prodpg to photograph a real estate property. I needed to use it to independently send a "fire" signal on the hot shoe to my flash without using TTL on my Canon R thereby not confusing mt white balance. I used it on 2 different properties in 2 days and it worked great. The next day, Friday 10/23/20 it would not send the signal, I originally thought it was my Transmitter or Receiver so I replaced batteries in them and it fired one time. After that, it would not let the "fire" signal go through to the transmitter. I removed it from the transmitter and just taped off the other pins on the transmitter with electrical tape and finished the shoot with no other problems. I would not recommend this product as it does not perform as advertised... VERY disappointed. UPDATE: 10/27/20 I received the replacement for this unit from Amazon today and it took only a few days. I took it into the field and hooked it up the same as I did the last unit. I photographed a real estate property using off-camera flash and Flash/Ambient blend technique. The flash fired every time no exceptions. The first unit I returned, worked on 2 different properties for 2 different days, and failed on the third. I will update this after I have used the replacement for a little while longer.

I use the xt2 transmitters for my Canon camera and ad200 flash. I keep getting warmer than normal photos with that combo and I learnt that it's a big/feature depending on who you listen to. Long story short, the transmitter sends the wrong white balance info to the camera so the camera compensates for it which results in a warmer image. This device prevents that, because the pin at the bottom only makes contact with pin responsible for during the flash. Since no white balance information is being exchanged, I now get my expected colour temps for my photos. It works perfectly and the price was right !

Work with the cable . Not work with hot shoe on top.

I use this primarily to trick my camera into allowing auto exposure bracketing while firing a wireless flash trigger mounted on the hotshoe adapter. Works like a charm. I can combine AEB/HDR with flash without my camera trying to "protect me" from a mistake. However, I would really like a non-TTL hotshoe adapter that wasn't made of plastic and felt secure enough to hold my stack of triggers AND a flash while I move from shot to shot. With this one, I think it's best to not to mount a flash on top if you're going to be moving/walking or else I think it might break or release your gear unexpectedly.
