Phone damaged no response and actions .
Don't purchase this, After bought within month item damaged ,s pen get melted inside the unit and heating the unit fast ,when i contacted the customer service ask for repair or return till now no one came to collect the item and after one week they saying Amazon are not responsible for this , i need to contact directly to samsung to do repair ,how they can say like that, i spend big amount to purchase the item and now they are not responsible ......they cheated me....

Your product is damaged i sent it home since day 1 LCD is not working properly i changed it and then the volume bottons once u press directly to the maximum volume level down botton is the same

WARNING :CAMERA FAILED after 2months of purchasing this mobile
Amazon am so disappointed in you. I bought this phone on 23rd-july-2025 after 2months the phone camera just closed now camera shows "WARNING :CAMERA FAILED " Really even when I take the phone to samsung store in uae they are denying to repair it claiming that the phone has no uae insurance /warrant, that it's a china version with a one year warranty to be repaired only in Chinese.when ever I call Amazon customer care they are acting smart telling me to tell the uae stores to give me a form showing that they will not repair it which the stores doesn't accept saying that how come they will give me a form when the phone is not uae version. Amazon this is not fair at all.value our money samsung as well how come you cheat me all this amount of money

The soft ware is very old cannot be updated screen is changed language and setting can't be changed waste of money don't buy any device from them again

Fab phone. Love it. The cameras are really good. Good clear pictures. I preferred the back fingerprint recognition as on my s21, excellent phone.

Cellulare arrivato in perfette condizioni e prima della data prevista.Fotocamera come scritto in molte recensioni e al top,video e foto stupende.La batteria se caricata a carica lento non rapida a me dura 1 giorno e mezzo usando il cellulare .Cellulare velocissimo e un ottimo display .Ho notato con la ricarica rapida o ultra rapida la batteria dura molto meno.venditore affidabile.
