Great price, beautifully detailed unique sheets and no solids or non washi.
I did a review of the 9.5cm (3.9 inch) paper that I bought, and pretty much everything about that one holds true for this pack, as I recieved the same company's paper. The washi is a decently high grade, pleasant to fold and holds creases well. Every sheet was unique, with no solids, dupes or non-washi mixed in as some lesser packs do. With the exception of two sheets every page also had metallic gold or silver detailing. Every sheet was beautifully designed and heavily detailed with one sheet catching my eye being a solid metallic silver with a cherry blossom pattern in red and pink. The edges are all cut cleanly and form a perfect square. Unfortunately it did have the same issue as the smaller pack, where the company's logo was on a strip of paper which was affixed to the top sheet with paperclips, and the paper clips dented that sheet slightly. Its not a major issue, the dents are minor and dont prevent folding nor are they visible on the finished piece. Still, if you were decoupaging a flat sheet, it might be something to note. I highly recommend this paper for any origami or other projects. Its a great price for what you get.

Perfection
Premium origami paper. Every single one of the patterns was lovely and had subtle metallic accents. The paper has a delicious velvety feel to it. I ordered it to use in 1000 crane project not realizing that it was a little bit smaller than the 6 x 6 size of the rest of the paper, but they still work well in the overall design. And of all of the paper that I purchased this was the finest in beauty and quality. This photo doesn't picture all of the papers, but there's a nice range of colors and designs. I've already ordered another one of these! Postscript... I have now ordered three more of these. The 30 different patterns are again lovely. And all the packages are pretty much the same selection, just a couple of different substitutions here and there.

Ooh! Ahh! Buy it!
Feels so nice! The paper resembles handmade paper, very soft and almost cloth-like. In a way, it reminds me of a really old, well crumpled dollar bill that's soft and flexible. The patterns are quite nice and despite utterly failing to fold a traditional origami rabbit using only diagram instructions (I plan on sending the squares and printed instructions to children I sponsor in other countries where access to origami videos won't be available) I ended up still being able to use the paper to fold an origami butterfly (after my multiple failed attempts at trying various methods to make that darn rabbit) and it still held up! The paper didn't rip or tear at all and I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Seriously, I folded the crap out of that one square! I'll definitely be buying this paper again. I've never folded with anything so nice to fold!

Pretty good, not the best, but BEAUTIFUL
The quality of the feel of these papers is pretty good, but not the best washi paper that I've used, only because the print feels like the ink or something is coming off onto your fingers when you touch the paper which doesn't feel the best if you are a very tactile person, so I took one star off for that. Some of the papers don't have this feeling, but most of them do, it's not very consistent. But the prints/patterns are B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. Very vibrant with gold details. And for how many you get in a pack and the variety of patterns, it's great.

magnificient chiyogami paper
I like the high quality thickness of the Yuzen chiyogami paper. It feels more like cloth fiber than paper. The designs are exquisite and the brilliant color combinations make this paper a work of art unto itself. A pleasure to fold.

Disappointed
Yes, they have flecks of gold highlights. And the thickness is sturdy without being too bulky . But none of these squares have the complex intricate , beautiful visual rhythms typical of traditional Japanese art papers. Images are often placed merely as repeats in boxes, evenly spaced. Some are trite, such as balloons. Some have an appearance I can only describe as gross: repeated image of hairy pigs in two (!) and rats (maybe mice) nibbling on grain sacks. (Brings bubonic plague to mind) i can use about half of the 30 But they are not extraordinary.

The best quality origami paper I've ever purchased!
I recently collected a variety of origami paper to make a wall collage for my mom. This was by far my favorite purchase. Amazing textures, genuine colors and fibers, and every page was unique. Lots of authentic Japanese strokes and imagery, and several prints featuring reflective gold ink patterns made this collection worth every penny.
