So Much Fun For Everyone 😁
Have you ever played "Mad Libs"?Well I have for many years. We first tried Mad Libs when we grabbed a copy on a vacation trip heading back to Ohio from North Carolina many years ago.My young nephew and my sister and I hoped it would make the trip go faster. We tried a page and two people generally play, the reader and the person who answers the questions "blindly". They are asked for a random adjective, pronoun, etc., to fill in the blanks of a story in which they know nothing about. Then, when all of the blanks are filled, the story is read back, using the words the clueless person hadsuggested. It's an actual "story" and when the various answers are read, they simply sound ridiculous. Sounds so simple, right? Well, we all played for a couple of hours, laughing so hard we almost had to make extra bathroom breaks. Our family was hooked! When we reached my house, my daughter wanted to play. Again, it was hysterical fun, and my daughter, who is now in her late thirties with kids of her own carried on with the "tradition ". Her children, who are big computer gamers, will actually stop when the Mad Libs come out. Each "book" has a wide variety of stories, so it never gets old. Some stories are actual history lessons. It's also a great vocabulary lesson for the kids, but they don't care..or don't realize it, LOL. There are new Mad Libs coming out even to this day! I gave a few out for Christmas by request! The game can be played on holidays as families get together, car trips FOR SURE, or just you and one other player...each taking turns answering the questions or reading them. Any age can play this game and enjoy it, so grandpa and the younger children can all play. I guarantee lots of loud laughter will be heard in the other rooms.Frankly, I hate board games and practically any game, but I WILL play this. When my daughter was in college, she could even get a group together and play.Buy a book and you may just start a tradition in your family, too!♡♡♡♡♡ Have fun!

Super fun and educational
Super fun! My 7 year old loves anything gross right now (please tell me it’s a phase?!?) lolThis is lots of fun and helps him practice his adverbs, verbs, nouns and adjectives. Nice addition to our collection of mad libs.

Fun for teens
My hubs and I are GenX. We grew up doing madlibs. So for stocking stuffers we bought individual books for our teens. We sit at the table, practice grammar, and laugh together. Now they ask to do them together. We take turns asking for the parts of speech and writing, that person is then responsible for reading. I’m well practiced at filling in the blanks…let’s just say everyone else is still learning and that too is funny.Do yourself a favor, go back in time and sit with your teens and some mad libs!

Worth it
My nieces and nephew loves these. It's apart of their bedtime routine when they stay the night. Definitely makes for some laughs and guilty time while helping them understand what adverbs, nouns, ect are.
