I bought a competitor's product in September 2025 that begins with "M" as I thought it was better and woud be non-stick as advertised. It quickly became a game of will the food stick or won't it. No matter what we did it was always hit or miss and clean-up was rough. We also had to purchase the lids seperately at a later date. In April 2026 I finally admitted my mistake and bought HexClad. Same size set of three pans (8", 10", 12") that I had from the other company. So far, HexClad is super non-stick, oil stays in place (we use less oil), quicker pan heating, food searing, food release, and beyond easy pan clean-up. The pans are heavier but in a good quality way and the lids (came with the pans) are vented and very nice. Highly satisfied.

I bought these pans as a present for my wife and she was over the moon with their quality and finish. The precision of the manufacture really impressed me and I would recommend this cookware to anyone wanting excellence and food cooked to perfection. The lids were a perfect fit and made cooking a pleasure .

When I learned HexClad had redesigned and improved their products, I decided to give them a serious look. Most importantly, they cook evenly, which is a complete game changer when your family is accustomed to fine-dining quality meals at home. There are no more excuses about inferior cookware in this kitchen. Bottom line: these pans are not cheap—but they are absolutely worth the money. The quality lives up to the hype. If you’re on the fence, stop shopping. Don’t buy anything else. This is it.
