I truly believe this barely green boosts my immune system along with many other benefits. Doctor said I was anemic during my first pregnancy and had to take iron pills. A friend shared that her and her husband used barley green and gave me a bottle. My obgyn nurse asked me what I’d done after seeing my blood work again once I began taking it daily. Dena said my bloodwork looked incredible. Didn’t need iron pills any longer. I also believe it keeps me from getting ill when the kids would come home with all kinds of colds and virus’. When I’m feeling run down barley green gives me a good honest boost. I will us it for life as long as they still sell their product. I pop a heaping teaspoon in my mouth then a gulp of cooled coffee and I’m good to go. Tastes great. Like fresh mown grass.

I LOVE this product, have been using it for several years because it works!! Actually drank it twice today, Taste like grass but I don't mind the taste, you can mix it with a veggie juice or sprinkle on a salad. I mix about a tablespoon in 8 oz of water and down it in two swallows. It has everything in it for making strong bones, and that's why I take it. I will continue buying this product for a long time. I would suggest beginners start with a teaspoon to avoid a laxative effect. I became a vegan after I was diagnosed with paper thin bones at a very early age. Long story short, I changed to vegan overnight, started drinking barley green, and about 8 years earlier, I had foot surgery, I just got off my crutches, then my 3 horses ran me over and I broke my hip, both surgeons told me I have Super Strong Bones!!! and because of my bones being so strong, they broke clean instead of splintering, and I have no problems or aches or pains!!

this product has all the nutrients needed to sustain a 10 day fast. I never got weak and was not hungry after day 2. Clearity was excellent and I lost 12 lbs I juce all 3 products. Barley, beets and carrots

My grandmother always had a jar of this around, and would drink it every day. She used to cook typical 50s dishes which were higher in fat and lower in nutritional value until she discovered that the secret to good health is eating raw greens (like the garden of Eden, she likes to say!). This was part of her daily nutrition for many years, and she recently turned 100. Although age is finally catching up to her a bit, she still reportedly has a healthy heart and body, and most likely her mind will go before her body does. She isn’t on a strict diet anymore, as the Drs want her to eat whatever she wants just to keep her weight up. She loves her cookies nowadays! But I think she would love it if everyone knew how important eating greens is for the body. She loved this stuff, and she would outpace us much younger people as we raced to keep up with her at the grocery store lol. She was fast, even in her 80s and 90s. We urged her not to try to carry the watermelons around herself with her tiny frame, but man, she did what she wanted. She passed on her knowledge to me. And now i will pass it on to you. I think she would want everyone to know this: love your body and take care of it. Treat it with kindness. Eat well and get some greens!

I have used this product for about 6 years now and love it, but unfortunately the last several times I have purchased it the lid was not sealed and powder was all over the jar and in the box. Very disappointed. I wish there was a better way to seal, package and ship this product without this happening. Also no refund.

I’ve been buying this quite a while. They changed the jar recently, and placed a note in the box, saying nothing had changed, except the jar. That is not true. The texture is not nearly as fine. If the manufacturing process had not changed, then the texture would be the same.
