Daily Moisturising Body Lotion 300ml for Sensitive Skin, Enriched with Nourishing Oats, Provides Long-Lasting Hydration and Soothes Dry, Irritated Skin

I have been using Aveeno for many years, until now it was the best product on the market for sensitive skin and dry skin, however, I have just purchased two containers and to my horror they have changed the formula it smell of insecticide and burns my skin almost instantly, I contacted Johnson and Johnson and was given a phone number for a company call Kenvue, they apologised and offered me a £25 goodwill gesture. I the meantime I’ve looked on Google and Trustpilot there are thousand of complaint saying the same thing as my experience. Avoid this product

If you don't like the sticky feeling on your skin, stay away from this. Put it on both my hands and legs, put on pyjamas, go to bed, wake up, change clothes, go to uni, come back IT STILL FEEL STICKY and GREASY! I have a feeling that it doesn't absorb into my skin. (I always scrub my skin before applying lotion). Maybe this is what people say/comment 'keep your skin moisturise' ???? To be honest,NO it did not. I realised that after taking shower, my skin still back to dryness. That is totally different when I compare with other lotion/butter, so I am now going back to Palmer's cocoa butter or Baby Johnson Lotion.

The smell is not nice even though it's "unscented" as stated on the bottle. The first few seconds was alright but upon further application and rubbing onto skin, it forms little tiny balls that sort of has like dried up glue texture to it, which I had to dust off my arms because they were clumping into little tiny balls. I think E45 lotion or neutrogena lotion is better than aveeno. I regret buying this product.

I was initially recommended this by my doctor as my hands were getting horribly dry. Typically you get prescribed a really greasy thick hand cream which is absolutely no good if you plan on doing anything for the next 30 minutes... So I went back to him and asked again, he recommended Aveeno as it's slightly more like a gel so it does absorb quicker. I've been using it at least three times daily and it's helped so much. It absorbs quite quickly once you've put the right amount on and leaves your hands feeling really soft and smooth. My only criticism would be it does smell a bit strange which I imagine is due to the fact it is oat based. However, you get used to it and it's not a strong smell, just one you're not used to straight away. I've started to use it on my face, as it is a general moisturiser, and again it feels so much better than your typical moisturiser because you don't have to sit around waiting for it to slowly absorb and end up with a greasy face.

I don't have very bad skin, but I do have very dry skin, particularly throughout winter. I have been using this all winter now, and I generally like it. The moisture certainly lasts throughout the day, though it perhaps leaves my skin feel a little rubbery - but that is better than it being dry. I have personally found it to be better than the 'Simple' range of moisturisers, which I used before. It does require constant everyday use - I haven't noticed any long-term benefits - still have blotchy red patches and a few spots! But, overall, it does what it says on the tin - it moisturises.

I apply this twice a day to skin washed with water. I’ve been using it a couple months and my skin looks like different skin. Before it was dry, scaly, flaky, constantly peeling and I was unable to use makeup due to dryness. Not any more. I don’t even need the foundation my skin looks plump and is rarely without moisture thanks to this. It’s quite lightweight with no smell, it’s lovely to apply and doesn’t break you out at all which surprised me. It’s absolutely worth the try if you don’t want to drop bombs of cash for a good moisturiser and your skin needs hydration. I’m 26 with dry skin that reacts to pretty much every moisturiser I’ve tried, but this. I highly recommend this product. I plan on purchasing again when this bottle runs out.

Seems a good product and pleasant to use. The label says suitable for sensitive skin. However, my skin erupted in rashes within hours. I don't want to condemn the product because it might be be suitable for others. My advice is to patch test and proceed with care.

The product is Aveeno Moisturising Lotion in a pump action bottle. The lotion is soft and creamy in texture and has a pleasant odour. It gives very good skin coverage: you don't necessarily need to use a lot of the product to cover a large area. I generally use the product on my legs, arms and torso which are affected by an auto-immune condition. I have found the product to be very helpful on areas of dry skin and is gentle on areas affected by sores. The lotion absorbs well and my skin does not feel sticky after application. After several weeks of applying the lotion daily I have noticed that my skin is better moisturised and less dry and itchy.
