Does it fit a 2023 GLB air vent?

It fits my 2019 E300. The clip expands so I think it would fit pretty much any round air vent. If it doesn't, you can always return it. I love mine though, it is really easy to use.

Will this hold an iPhone 13 Pro Max with so otter box defender case?

I have a MiniCooper and a Lincoln MKC that I used this phone holder with and its the same result. Unfortunately, it does not hold an iPhone 14 Pro well at all. It's not a phone issue. It's just not able to hold the weight of the phone. I have had my phone fall down while I'm driving in the cradle. I do not recommend this product.

Will this phone attachement still be sturdy with a wallet phone case on? My phone case is kinda thick and bulky.

Yes. I have a heavy designer case and my phone sits right in there. I can even move it in another direction and it still holds. I wish I had a pic to show, but, I’m at work. I was very pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy

Can it be moved to a horizontal orientaion without falling out?

If you tilt it more than 45 degrees, the phone will fall out while turning corners.
