Please can someone advise If these used instead of normal sheet or do the go underneath?

It goes underneath the normal sheet,it has kind of soft plastic material, can't be used as a normal one.

Would this fit a toddler bed please?

I have a cot bed and it fits that. The cot bed is quite big.

Is this deep enough to fit thick mattress 10 cm deep ?

Yes, there's plenty of give in the material and fits my mattress perfectly which is 10cm deep

is it ok for a space saver cot

It would be too large and would not stay in place, Clevamama do offer this product in 60 x 120 cot size thanks
