Potant/strong..it will tingle if putting into mouth neat,so drink water. I've only just started taking it,so dnt no bout benefits,but it said it had good health benefits..I dnt find it pleasant to take,so I think I may put it into food when cooking,I use dried herbs aswell.

Absolutely fantastic product Bobs Organic Oregano oil
Absolutely fantastic product Bobs Organic Oregano oil. I had developed a very painful bottom right rear molar. It was extremely painful and as such I'de booked an appointment with my dentist to discuss extraction. The appointment was booked for Monday. The oregano oil arrived on Friday. I had originally ordered the product as part of a body cleanse I've been following. But I'de read it was also good for tooth ache. So nothing to lose ..started brushing with a drop on my toothbrush, which was difficult to start with as the tooth was excruciatingly painful. Come Monday and the dentists appointment , the toothache had almost completely subsided , just felt slightly tender. It even took the pressure of the dentist tapping violently on the molar with his metal instrument to test!. Thanks to Bobs organic oregano oil I still (touch wood) have my molar..so this is like the dental ducktape in my bathroom cabinet.. I just put a drop or two on my toothbrush when brushing.. leaves my mouth feeling extremely fresh and clean..works a treat.. brucie bonus is its organic too..will be buying more when I run out for sure.. 5 star

Sadly no mention of the composition on this website, it is in fact 4:1 olive oil to oregano. It will have to do, but too bad.
